This category is the final resting place for @dested PCs, old NPCs that have served their purpose, and fully fleshed-out characters that never made it.

• To reactivate an old PC or attempt to retry a concept, speak to the appropriate Sphere Wizard. Only a PC's/concept's original player may reactivate any given PC or concept.
